Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
    • With all tags, bills/invoice, and any accessories included

Exchange Policy

  • If you’d like to exchange a product (for size, color, or any other reason), we’re happy to help!
  • However, shipping charges for exchange will be borne by the customer.
  • Once we receive the original product in good condition, we will dispatch the replacement.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item
  • You share clear photos/videos of the issue for verification
  • The item is returned to us in unused condition

Note: Minor variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting or screen differences and are not considered defects.


Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Products bought under clearance or final sale
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and received, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed to:
    • The original payment method, or
    • Store credit, if you prefer
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI – we’ll contact you to collect the necessary details.

Return Pickup & Shipping

  • For returns due to defects or wrong products, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost.
  • For exchanges (non-defective), customers must:
    • Ship the product back themselves, or
    • Opt for a paid pickup arranged by us (charges shared beforehand)

  • Returns/exchanges requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns if the product is used, damaged, or not in original packaging.
